Refunds
Our goal is to ensure a smooth refund process. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refund Process:
- If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund to your preferred payment method within 7 working days.
- Please ensure that the account holder’s name matches the name on the order. If not, proof of identity will be required.
Refunds will cover the principal amount of the product only; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, the process is straightforward. The transit time for the exchanged item is the same as our standard delivery time, which is 3 to 5 business days from when the exchange is shipped.

- Once your exchange request is created, our customer care team will provide you with instructions on how to ship the product back.
- Please note that return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
You will receive an exchange of equal value to your original order, provided the item meets our return conditions.
